
Self-Defence Courses
Small-group or corporate self-defence courses are held at our studio or your facility. Courses can be planned over several hours to several weeks.
The courses include the pre-fight stages, avoiding violent confrontation and de-escalation, pre-emptive reaction, the in-fight phases, attitude and aggression, developing strike power, using effective skeletal structure and techniques, avoiding strikes and escaping from control.
